Notes
Nothing official. The rumor comes from an IMDb credit for Nobuyuki Hiyama, who voices adult Link in the Ocarina remake, and anyone can edit IMDb.
The pattern fits, though: on 3DS, Ocarina of Time 3D was followed by Majora's Mask 3D. If it gets announced, I'd expect a special edition to come with it.
